Isabelle Gautier was born in west of France and is now living in Atlanta GA. Strongly influenced by contemporary expressionist painters, Gautier uses brushes, palette knifes, pastels, meticulously selected recycled tools or pouring techniques to execute her free gestural strokes and create vibrant large artworks.
After taking night art classes at Les Beaux-Arts in France and having her two kids, she moved to the United States in 1999. After few years of adjustment Gautier began her professional career and was soon represented by different galleries within the United States.
Her work has been featured in TV series, National Art Shows, advertisings, 2013 HGTV Smart Home, Neiman Marcus Pop-up Gallery, Marietta/Cobb Museum.
